We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior iOS Developer to join our mobile engineering team. In this role, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications for Apple devices (iPhone, iPad). You will work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to bring innovative features to life. This is a growth-oriented position perfect for a recent graduate eager to master the iOS platform and contribute to real-world products. Key ResponsibilitiesApp Development: Assist in building responsive and intuitive iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks (e.g., SwiftUI or UIKit). Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the team to translate wireframes and designs into functional code. Testing & Debugging: Help write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure app performance, stability, and security across various device sizes. API Integration: Work with backend services to fetch and display data in the app (e.g., using URLSession or third-party libraries).Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, Agile sprints, and team meetings to maintain code quality and meet project timelines. Documentation: Maintain clean, well-commented code and assist in documenting technical features. Continuous Learning: Keep up with Apple’s latest releases (iOS updates, Xcode features, and Swift advancements). Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Programming Language: Strong understanding of Swift and its core concepts (optionals, closures, protocols, memory management/ARC).iOS Fundamentals: Familiarity with Apple’s development tools, specifically Xcode. UI/UX Awareness: Basic understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Auto Layout. Tools & Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for collaborative development. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a proactive "growth mindset." Preferred Skills (Bonus)Experience with SwiftUI or Combine.Basic knowledge of common architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM). Familiarity with data persistence (e.g., Core Data, SwiftData, or Realm). Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON parsing. A portfolio or personal projects (even those on GitHub) demonstrating your ability to build a functional iOS app.
